Great people and friendly atmosphere. They follow a learn by doing approach. Very professional and follow standards. The company culture is positive, welcoming, and hardworking. I would recommend this as a great place to work.

Cons

Not enough training. More communication is necessary to make employees feel important.

Cal Poly has a great student body; students are extremely sharp and motivated. Teaching at Cal Poly is the best part of the job, as it should be.

Cons

Administration is bloated and getting more so every day. New VPs of this and that are continually being hired at very high salaries. It is sickening.
