Top-down management with shaky ethical practices

It's location means a reverse commute for most of your drive to work. The students are, for the most part, wonderful to work with. The campus itself it a nice place.

Cons

Terrible reputation of the management and administration well-earned. The president runs things with a "my way or the highway" mentality, and it becomes painfully clear that this trickles down in a way that creates an unsettled feeling amongst many departments. Decisions are made by managers not academics, faculty and staff are very disempowered. Complaints or criticisms of the management result in retribution. Worst place I've ever worked.
