Pros

Excellent compensation package. Good people.

Cons

Lack of big-picture thinking required for growth to a large company. Leadership style is mid twentieth century, and not dynamic enough for significant brand expansion.

Pros

The mid-level employees are great people to work with. Employee ownership is emphasized and is a good deal if you are there long enough to be vested. They work hard to find coverage for employees when contracts end.

Cons

A lot of people say it has a great culture but I didn't see it. It's not a very ethical company. Nepotism is rampant - the CEO, VPs and directors bring their kids into the company. Senior leaders have affairs. The culture is shady and it seems to be getting worse.

Pros

Ability to move from one project to another. Employee owners are seen as more permanent than just one contract.

Cons

Compensation issues seem to arise when additional duties are given to employees and position descriptions are not always readily available when moving from one contract to another.
