One of the managing individuals honestly played the biggest part is this turmoil. The drama that comes with that makes for a stressful and toxic environment. I highly suggest you look into another non-profit to do your work. When a resolution to your issue cannot be found, they will ask you to quit and if you deny, youll be terminated.
