      Flexible with schedules for most HD positions.

      Cons

      Little to no room for growth. Management promotes their favorites if and when there is a chance to move up. Management looks out for their own, not for their subordinates. Insurance plans are expensive. Salary increases are sparse except once a year COLA.

      Co-workers are great to work with!

      Cons

      Management piles more work on employees with zero compensation or incentive. Corporate loves to micromanage. Too much politics. Out of touch with the real world problems and how to truly help!
