Pros

Great mission and vision for improving lives of women/girls and others in third-world countries through development as well as relief activities; teaching them to help themselves. President Helene Gayle has good ideas and vision.

Cons

Can be political and ability of individual contributors to be successful can be limited based on who you know. President Helene Gayle needs more support at executive level to run organization and free her up to do what she does best; advocacy and fundraising.

Pros

Good 401K plan, vacation, sick, and maternity leave pay.

Cons

Many managers are not management material. They are placed in management positions based on who they know. The atmosphere feels hostile.
