Cons

Under went its 2nd restructure in as many years, wasn't well thought out.

Recognize diversity, good compensation, some grea polices on personnel. Networking is strong, and good reputation in donor community despite some mis management at field level.

Cons

Lace of tranprency at filed leve, redruitment process is not outstanding. Delay in management level decision making. Wide range of compensastion benefits beween and naional and international staff.
