Pros

CARE USA is a great brand and is respected for the work that they do for women and girls. I also like Helene Gayle. She's been a great leader for the organization.

Cons

The downside had to do with HR's senior managers. They're not the competent and it can be frustrating at times. Because they're no outside people to communicate your frustrations to and hopefully get results. I worked in HR and there were always drama as well as poor management by the senior managers in that department. It was also felt and communicated by employees who did not work within HR. They really need to rehab their HR department, starting with the Senior VP of HR and her managers.

Pros

well-run nonprofit with low overhead - however, that's not so great if your salary is paid by overhead. Great benefits, great mission

Cons

Some members of the executive management team are not suited for their jobs

Pros

Benefits, Benefits, Benefits!!! Their time off policy is very unique.

Cons

No work life balance as a 2nd level IT professional. Expected to sacrifice family for work because this is an International company that thrives on third world work ethics.
