Pros

The company really does genuinely care about their employees. Free health insurance for the employee. Generous vacation policy. Generous 401(k) contribution. HQ is an awesome environment!

Cons

Sometimes it feels a little hectic and overwhelming with the amount of work to be done, but that's to be expected with a company who has grown so quickly.

Pros

I work with an excellent team of people who genuinely care. The most surprising thing when coming here was that everyone was helpful well outside their own responsibilities. I keep very busy and find my work rewarding. The benefits are fantastic and, after working with a number of clients for years, I can say they are one of the top packages in Arizona. I'm encouraged to take advantage of all benefits including time off. I have good direction for the most part and always know where I stand with my manager.

Cons

It depends on your stance, but there can be a lot of ambiguity at Carvana. If you don't do well with a general direction and not a lot of specifics, the work environment can be a challenge. Personally, I like the latitude and autonomy, but it could definitely be a struggle depending on your work style.

Amazing work culture. They really do care about the environment they create for their employees. Execs are super involved in anything culture or major policy related decisions and are super engaged with their employees. Just a fun positive place to work and fantastic people. Very good benefit perks

Cons

Pay wasn't that great. Some of the leaders went on power trips and sometimes fed into the drama too much. Very focused on their ivy league degrees
