      Pros

      -An open office environment where it is very easy to collaborate with teammates. -Regular office outings and employee recognition events. -You'll work with bleeding edge technology. -A chance to work with very smart people. -Fun, friendly environment. -... and best of all: Free snacks! :)

      Cons

      -As with any growing company there can be crunch weeks, but if you can manage your time effectively the hours are totally reasonable.

      Pros

      Carvana has a very upbeat and fun environment with a very friendly staff and upper management. I feel I am treated as an adult and not micromanaged which is a huge plus with a family. Carvana is growing at a very fast pace which makes it a great place with many opportunities.

      Cons

      Carvana is in a growth period right now so some of that is not very fun BUT I will say it is a step in the right direction.

      Second chances are far and few between, everyone makes mistakes. When a mistake is made at Carvana it is unforgivable.
