      Pros

      CARVANA is full of positive people who work hard but have some fun doing it. We all want to be here and bring our A game to work. Being around such dynamic people challenges me to be my best. We are making a change in an industry that has not been changed in decades. It is exciting to be part of a company known as a "disruptor". Our leadership team is sharp and dedicated to not only the success of the company but also to keeping the quality and awesomeness of our culture.

      Cons

      We are a start up - it gets a little chaotic sometimes- but if you are flexible (things change daily), are ok with putting yourself out there and making mistakes (we are creating processes, policies and procedures and learning as we go!) and have confidence in yourself and your work, you will thrive here.

      Pros

      This company is full of people who are hardworking, talented, friendly, and incredibly fun. The atmosphere breeds creativity, teamwork, and a cohesiveness unlike anything else I've experienced at another company. Every person who works here seems genuinely happy to be here, which is a really amazing thing to find and leads to a very positive environment. The executives (co-founders) are highly accessible and welcoming, and every employee really gets a voice in what's happening with the company. If you have an idea of how you think something could be done better or improved upon, the higher ups want to hear it and implement it if it makes sense. Overall just a great place to work, along with great compensation, benefits, and opportunities!

      Cons

      Being apart of a start up, there is always a lot going on that can pull you in several directions. Things are constantly changing as we grow and evolve, which is incredibly cool and fun to be a part of, but can add a little bit of stress if it's not your thing. Everyone here thrives on a high energy, fast paced environment, but it isn't necessarily for anyone.
