      Pros

      The people at CATCH are great! Teamwork is encouraged and welcomed. They are truly compasionate and care about personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      There is always GOOD FOOD! The only CON is trying to not eat it all and gain 20lbs!

      Pros

      There were a few people that worked at catch that I definitely enjoyed working with, but all the good ones have left and gone.

      Cons

      The interview process is ridiculous, they say it weeds out all the bad people but it turns off all the great people. The managers there are not very knowledgeable. You have to learn everything yourself. Training documents are nonexistent. Its a sinking ship, grab a life vest while you can.

      The industry they compete in is thriving.

      Cons

      No opportunity to adapt to changes in the industry and communication is one directional. Ideas are only accepted if they align with the top. Monarchy is how I would describe leadership.
