Pros

Hybrid work was nice because you could work half the time at home (or wherever there's WIFI), and half the time in the office, or in the client's homes. Additionally, staff members and upper management were supportive and compassionate. It was a very team-oriented environment.

Cons

Working in client's homes was often difficult and uncomfortable. Working in the crisis intervention field is no joke and should not be taken lightly. This a very tough job to support other people who are going through a crisis or the most difficult points in their lives. Additionally, the workload is demanding and time-consuming. Be prepared to be on the computer all the time.

You learn to communicate with others and work in a group environment. Get to help people on the spectrum in need.

Cons

Management does not hear some of you concerns. Good teammates bad management.
