They have a great culture at this company. Everyone is growth oriented, positive and they are constantly implementing things to support their employees and let them know they are valued. Management is fantastic and they have your back when there is issues. It's been a great experience.

The people in Bangor are very knowledgeable and are great to work with.

Cons

Eventually I hit a threshold where there was no room to move up. Cook & Boardman are penny pinchers and will keep you on for as little as possible for as long as possible.
