Corporate swag (pro if you’re into that)

Cons

Work/life boundaries do not exist in some departments. You’re essentially at the whims of the private equity group du jour. Revolving door of employees; little job security. I’ve never worked at a place where people just randomly disappear after a few months. The Best Place to Work tag is…misleading. A company can enter this "contest" and will become a contender if a certain amount of surveys are completed. Perhaps the employees with glowing feedback have low-stress jobs and/or superb managers. I had neither. Passive-aggressive leadership led to a depressing environment and I always felt like I was walking on eggshells. Some days were so bad that I lost my appetite.

Pros

Nashville branch is growing, we strive for excellence, we have an efficient process, we have about 30 full time remote employees (laptops - can work from anywhere really), half days on Fridays (work an extra hour each day M-Th), and a good culture!

Cons

Daily grind can be very busy some times, no education reimbursement program, but these are minor! I really enjoy working here

3 weeks vacation, hybrid schedule, decent pay, office is easily-accessible
