Pros

The branch manager allows us to have flexible work hours, the group at this branch are all supportive of each other and are always available to help anyone who needs it. This location is also very advanced with digital work flows.

Cons

The overall environmentment is fast paced and stressful. Management often focuses on negative things without looking at any positives.

Pros

The people are great and the changes to the paid time off and work week hours are awesome. They are promoting flexibility and work/life balance. We have upgraded our technology and going paperless in many areas and that makes everyone's jobs easier.

Cons

They have been upgrading the benefits but I wish there was a tuition reimbursement program
