CCA is a fantastic company to work for. They truly believe in helping the independent business owner and you feel as if you're making a difference in the lives of its members/franchisees. CCA treats its employees like family and takes steps to cultivate careers and skills. If you're a career focused individual who likes a challenge, CCA is the perfect fit!

Cons

CCA is a rapidly growing company and the workload and changes to job duties seem to change often. While there are processes in place to ease these growing pains, there's room for improvement.

CCA Global is truly a fantastic organization to be a part of! The people I work with are some of the best people that I have ever worked with. It's very much a family environment at CCA Global. The company culture is unparalleled, and provides inspiring leadership, collaboration and recognition. They reward and acknowledge creative and fresh thinking, regardless of your role and position and are committed to creating a great place to work. The benefit package is awesome and leadership is always looking for new ways to show how much they value their team.

Cons

We've grown so fast that not everything is as organized as it could be. At times, the workload can be heavy but steps are being taken to manage this and I am confident that it will be done.
