No one watching over you. Very Little contact with upper management. A great place to use as a stepping stone.

Cons

Poor Benefits, No advancment, Never really knowing if your job is secure. If your not from Iron Mountain then your not in the loop, or your treated like a outsider. Cant trust anyone.
