      Pros

      None, everyone smiles at you but stabs you in the back as soon as you turn around.

      Cons

      The culture and work environment is nauseating. Low wages and very small increases. High turn around rate.

      Pros

      Fairly low-stress environment, with the ability to set your pace for the day. Direct access to almost all levels of management, and you don't having someone looking over your shoulder all the time. Business casual environment with many friendly people. Benefits include Medical, dental/vision, fitness incentives.

      Cons

      Low pay if you don't have a family member in management, and some people are laid off as soon as work slows. Sometimes hard to know if you're doing a good job/meeting expectations. Raises are very low for most people but if you can ever manage to get past an entry level position (not likely) you can earn an adequate living for the area.
