Pros

They offered good health benefits and 401K. New and modern building full of hard working labor employees.

Cons

I worked for this company in NJ but annual raise are very insignificant . Management was rude and discouraging enough to try to negotiate a raise. Chances for advancement are very low. 10 hrs shift, 9:30 hrs standing and 30 minutes lunch.

Good Hours but dont offer ovvertime even though it is needed all the time. especially month end

envoirnment is pretty bad, really bad attitude iin the workplace. no job incentives or good benefits

The company is comprised of many plant locations under one company, because of this you get some of the benefits of a small company( personally getting to know every employee) and some of the benefits of a large company( opportunities to travel to other plants for training or relocation opportunities)

Cons

The company is comprised of many plant locations under one company, because of this you get some of the cons of a small company( the ladder is small, few positions to advance to unless someone gets promoted/leaves) and some of the cons of a large company( corporate can impose rules to each plant that your boss has no control over)
