There isn't much growth as far as career advancement. People tend to get overlooked unless they are friendly with Management. They would rather hire from outside than promote from within and train unless they're in a bind.

Most people get fired before there 90 days for anything,long hrs,bad management, no training no lunch break you eat when you work. You switch shifts every week, you get punished for being a good employee. The only good thing about this place is the pay
