Nepotism is blatant and rampant. All the past promotions were given to relatives of upper management people. Don't bother working hard. Management does not care about its employees. There is very little interface or communication between upper and lower divisonal staff. Lots of gossip. Most of the higher-ups sit in their office and do nothing most days. Very little diversity in gender, race, and age.

Returned to work after covid under a black cloud of unforgiving policy. Lost my holiday pay, my only two sick days used up (for the rest of the year I will be working under the points system). HR informed me that the short term disability I am applying for won't work and also requested to see my covid test which I submitted (don't know why because it doesn't help me in any way as you can see). Asked for corporate contact and emailed corporate HR only to have them and my HR conclude that policy was administered correctly without me getting a reply to my email. As an essential worker not missing a beat (until I actually got covid) throughout the pandemic where is the thankfulness? What is the purpose of deleting holiday pay during a time when workers need help not to fall behind? High health care premiums. Uneven standards.
