Occasionally, there is a lot of down time when there is not work. Work is very easy at lower level positions.

Cons

Nepotism is blatant and rampant. All the past promotions were given to relatives of upper management people. Don't bother working hard. Management does not care about its employees. There is very little interface or communication between upper and lower divisonal staff. Lots of gossip. Most of the higher-ups sit in their office and do nothing most days. Very little diversity in gender, race, and age.
