      Pros

      Good people to work with, beautiful facility, top of the line equipment. If things are broken, they will fix them right away.

      Cons

      The newly hired person in charge doesn't have a lot of experience in the field so things declined very quickly. Employees can get away with a lot before they're taken under any sort of review. Getting rid of the bad apples would help the company so much in the long run.

      Pros

      People were very friendly from the first time I walked in the door for an interview. They were very dedicated to meeting the customer needs, continuously improving the operations, and involving employees.

      Cons

      Can not think of any areas for improvement. The company understood what needed to be improved any systematically made the improvements keeping employees informed of priorities.
