The IT support is an absolute joke and our equipment or network broke almost every week. There is no on site IT so we had to wait for the remote IT company to open at 9 am MST while we have been open since 6 am EST with no internet/computer access/phones/etc. Health benefits are fine for an individual but very expensive for dependents. You can tell this is a company that grew too big too fast and doesn’t have a handle on all of their satellite offices in these random cities. You can certainly feel it in the day to day operations.
