      They try to make it fun with pot lucks and employee activities, but it's only to help cover the COMPLETE DISFUNCTION!!

      Cons

      THEY LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE!!! Management WILL NOT address ANY concerns, give ANY direction or COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!! Our company was bought out and all the staff from the previous MD was "laid off" (me after 20 years with previous employer/MD) but nobody stays with the new company any longer than a year. They didn't even meet with anyone to even ask who was capable of what duties and wiped 3 departments clean of ANY staff. What does that do to the staff that has to pick up the pieces? THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!

      Mostly remote schedule, benefits have improved over the years

      Cons

      CCRM wasn’t a perfect company before their purchase by Unified Women’s Health, but now they’re ten time worse. The accounting leadership team is a joke. They have 0 leadership skills and can’t make a decision to save their lives. There is no clear direction on anything, absolutely no training, and will largely ignore you and the team. It’s all about Unified. Outside of the accounting department isn’t any better. Some leadership members cannot be touched, no matter how poorly they treat other employees. HR isn’t responsive or helpful in the slightest when it comes to issues. Every town hall is about how we can make the physicians lives easier, not the staff working their butts off in the day to day work.

      You will eventually become miserable here, but it's a good step in your resume to find something significantly better

      Pros

      Benefits are decent, pay is decent and the schedule is flexible, looks good on resume for better opportunities, clinical teams are very friendly

      Cons

      Management, cliquey culture, incompetency, weird quotas and expectations, how stereotypically corporate they are. Everyone acts like a robot, and it's hard to trust hardly anyone within the corporate network.
