      Nothing is a pro at CCRM

      Cons

      No growth, very toxic managment, pay sucks! Very hostile work environment! They will make you do 2-3 person jobs with no extra pay!

      Pros

      You will certainly get lots to put on your resume because you will be expected to do whatever is necessary to keep patients flowing through at an outrageous rate. Good place to get lots of training because of high patient volume and lack of supervision

      Cons

      Benefits are non-existent, turnover is high in most departments, corporate is a giant good ol boys club, employees are all worked to death including breaking the law regarding mandatory meal breaks, pumping time and space. No maternity leave, no fertility benefits, very expensive high deductible insurance plans, absolutely no support from corporate in any capacity. Patient care is long out the window.
