Pros

Amazing team to work with at the headquarters and our sites. So many people are caring, highly skilled and motivated. Everyone has a passion for the mission and are humble. You can feel the positive vibes talking with people and walking the halls. People know where we can do better and everyone is working hard to keep improving! The new patient portal and data analytics are amazing and game changers for the company.

Cons

Some of the process and IT improvement work was started a little late.

Wonderful staff. Generous management. Mostly ran by women which I loved. Wonderful morale, very caring and compassionate individuals

Cons

There is no official training department. All training is conduct on the fly in real time. There are no training programs or spaces that allow efficient training for those who are new to the field. It is not entry level friendly.

Leadership acts like it's high school... Very unprofessional, conceited, careless. They do not care about anything other than money and have brainwashed middle management to be their puppets.
