      Pros

      First, it feels really great to work for a company whose mission is inspiring - we get to help people become parents! Behind the scenes, everyone works together as a team and gets along really well together. This company has really evolved over the last couple of years and has made some really incredible improvements to the processes, staffing levels, benefits, pay, and leadership - and it shows! It is evident that the new corporate leadership team is passionate about making CCRM a great place to work. I am thankful every day that I get to work for CCRM!

      Cons

      CCRM still has some work to do to improve its pay, benefits and training opportunities for staff, but I can already see some drastic improvements in these areas over the last few months and am confident that we will continue to see more positive changes in the coming years and months. CCRM has high standards, as any reputable company would. CCRM is also a healthcare company, which means that healthcare doesn't take vacations, holidays, or sick days. Therefore anyone working for CCRM is expected to work hard, put patients first, treat co-workers with respect and professionalism, and work occassional weekends and holidays. These are not unreasonable expectations for a world class healthcare system, but it's not everyone's cup of tea.

      Pros

      Great providers, great science, great leadership with a mindset of improving not only the patient experience but also the employee experience. We have grown significantly in the past several years, with that comes challenges. However, our executive team is consitently working on improvements from technology to benefits. CCRM staff all have a strong entrepreneur mindset and strong work ethic, we are continuosly seeking for employees to contribute to the development of a great work environment.

      Cons

      none- CCRM is continously looking for ways to improve from the science to the benefits they provide.
