Pros

Benefits are decent, pay is decent and the schedule is flexible, looks good on resume for better opportunities, clinical teams are very friendly

Cons

Management, cliquey culture, incompetency, weird quotas and expectations, how stereotypically corporate they are. Everyone acts like a robot, and it's hard to trust hardly anyone within the corporate network.

Pros

An awesome company with an awesome mission. We gift ppl the opportunity to build a family. The company encourages collaboration and there is an opportunity to be involved and heard. We are also growing rapidly, entering in new states and cities so if you relocate, they will offer a job if available!

Cons

Because of rapid growth, there are times of juggling multiple tasks. HR exists, you just have to be knowledgeable of your resources and contact. Currently, there is a protocol for pay increases, it just delays the timing on being rewarded with an increase.
