Good benefits. Some friendly people. Finally implementing some new clinical systems.

Cons

All the bureaucracy of a big company and chaos of a small company. No communication. Poor pay in IT. We are pressured to work in the office for things but there is not space available.

No growth, very toxic managment, pay sucks! Very hostile work environment! They will make you do 2-3 person jobs with no extra pay!

Annual performance bonus targets are easily met.

Cons

Senior and executive leadership is aware of organization problems and but does little to actually address the issues. Employee onboarding is disorganized and training is ineffectual. IT support is atrocious. Underperforming staff are not held accountable for their performance.
