Perspectives, but only for the Ambitious
Pros
Big pros: - recognizable company and IP - lots and lots of talented people - very decent atmosphere, especially after the crunch for Witcher: Wild Hunt has ended - very good place for pro-active and driven people that want to "own" piece of the game Small pros: - On site cantine, food track - Warsaw is a cheap place to live compared to western cities - Good amount of company events - GREAT coffee
Cons
- PRODUCTION is the biggest hindrance, some of people there are total amatures from old-age of polish gamedev. - Chunch is part of the culture and mentality of giving 110%, expect that to happen sooner or later. - People switch to polish a little bit to often, it's easy to get excluded from the ad-hoc discussions. - Signs of head-lock in some departmens. People become the Leads just because they are there for 10 years or so (despite never working anywhere else and on other games).
