Business Outlook
Pros
When employees request time off it is usually granted. Co-workers are great to work with and good team atmosphere. Also has free coffee.
Cons
Upper management has no direction or vision. Workloads assigned to employees are totally unrealistic and the expectation is a workday of 10hours minimum. No communication from managers on job performance until you are blamed for not getting something done with the unreal workload. Bonuses have not been paid starting the beginning of 2010 and no answer at all as to why or if they will be given.
