      To earn a quick buck and discover how not to run a company and how not to treat your largest commodity - Your Employees.

      Cons

      No work life balance, management who is either oblivious or gets in the way vs supports, hyper-focus on slightest impact to stock price causing poor operational decisions, unstable leadership, etc

      Pros

      The best part about the company is unfortunately the compensation and that's about it. You will work with some quality people but it will be very frustrating and challenging to watch them suffer the same company short comings that you will suffer as well.

      Cons

      The executive committee from top to bottom is pretty toxic. They have no staffing experience and are essentially throwing gum on the wall and hoping it sticks. There are VP level employees who don't even have CDI listed as the employer on their LinkedIn. The vast majority of employees are ashamed to be employed there and most conference calls are vent sessions. Until a new experienced C-level team is put in place, this company will continue to struggle.
