The Engineering arm keeps changing people at the top and their game plan but the results don't change. They don't understand that staffing and full-service engineering are two completely different business models and should be run as such. There is a reason why Adecco and Kelly don't run engineering offices. As such they don't understand the need for spending money on business development. I was always challenged to develop clients without spending any of my precious Indirect (overhead) $$. They are now in a mode of reorganizing and lopping heads to make their targets. They need to truly start from scratch and bring in some new blood.

The leadership is poor, doesn't promote, and instigated several workplace disputes while I was there. They bordered on EEO violations (a mother was told to go to the bathroom if she had to breastfeed, etc.). Many were hourly employees, but were asked to work unpaid hours (and promised overtime by certain management, and then denied it by others). It was a negative environment.
