Pros
Amazing people work here! When things are on the upswing there is a lot of understanding for flexibility on work schedules. Middle management was amazing - some of the best out there! PTO is great if you are able to use it! Some good tools and training were provided.
Cons
Executive leadership thinks they know best and fail to listen to their tenured employees that know what they are talking about and the lack of empowerment is just sad. Work life balance is usually non-existent - If you like living to work instead of working to live - this would be great for you. The turnover of some amazing and tenured folks in key roles this year was really sad to watch. Hopefully things are getting better for the great people left!
