CDI would be a great place to work if you were guided in the login-logoff procedures necessitated by the cross-login to GE Avionics. I'm a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) Survivor. I don't always relate and react to things as most others do. I sometimes require a little extra help in learning the complexities that surround the work that you do for GE. The work I was able to accomplish, as well as most other Detailers completing week 4 of employment. But when that work is mired within the complexities of the cross-login, sometimes a little guidance is needed. I received little -or-no help/guidance & those tasked with supplying that guidance had physical limitations, that made seeking the required help, extremely difficult for a person like myself.
