Impersonal company lacking in vision leaking core talent

Steady paychecks, reputable name, good stepping stone, solid experience, decent coworkers

Cons

Steady stream of firings and staff departures make this a scary place to work. Benefits are expensive with no sick time. Company will continue to suffer loss of quality staff as there is no plan for retaining talent. Get with the 21st century and offer more flex time. WFH is really frowned upon despite corporate lip service.

I had a good mentor there.

Cons

Shady business practices including the retroactive removal of thousands in earned commissions from a number of account reps supporting a key account via forcing a new commission plan mid year.
