Payments were always on time

Cons

-point of contact as always changing - never know who to contacted and every few months get a phone call from your new point of contact -wages were not competitive with other agencies -negotiating raises was a huge pain -did not try to help find employment after contract completion

Not such a thing at CDI!

Cons

Workers need to fight for obtaining work. Work based on "jobs" with pre-determined hours. If you do not get enough work that week, you do not get paid the usual "full-time" 40 hrs week pay. You have to be hanging around in the office waiting for work to be given to you. If you are liked by whoever is holding the projects, you get the project/work. Otherwise you don't. There are days that you are hanging around in the office with no work at all. You DO NOT GET PAID for the time you are there without work. Be cautious with that "Company". Bad place to work. Very deceiving.

Extremely unprofessional, attempted to contact every person in hr and in management. They will give you the "run around" not knowledgable of information at all. Choose another company to work for.
