Managers are getting tired of managing by rumor due to lack of communication. If communication is received it is via third party and un-timely. Management is quick to make decisions via highly paid third party consultants that do not understand the business. Now the top brass is undoing what they they shouldn't have do two years ago with the massive layoffs that cost $$$ in severance. Now this is a new year, with more layoffs and more $$$ in severance.

Salary is typically horrendous over time, there are annual layoffs and no job security, the company is failing miserably and executive leadership takes no ownership of their failures. Company will almost never adjust your salary (they will cut your salary however), but will bring the next person in at more money. If you can't get what you want up front, you never will. The benefits plan is terrible and HR is not at all knowledgeable, or helpful, about government programs for employees. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians - and most of he chiefs lack vision.
