Pros

This company is great to work with, the managers are long time employees who treat people well. You get to telecommute and you're given a lot of freedom to build your career here.

Cons

Corporate seems a bit detached, if you work on a project it's almost like you work for that company directly and most don't even know who the CEO is. The pay isn't that competitive for certain positions because CDI charges the client double what they pay you, but it's still not terribly bad. Most people leave because of the larger raises they get.

Pros

Senior level employees offered reasonable base pay. Philadelphia office is in a good location. Lots of challenges for anyone looking for some.

Cons

Looks like the new CEO's strategy is failing drastically and company looks to be doing a 180 back to where it was before CEO came on board. Operating expenses continually targeted to make up for lack of growth on the top line. Unachievable budgets result in low incentive payouts.
