      I have recieved a lot of overtime giving me the ability to make a lot of money.

      Senior Management is the worst I have experienced in 22 yrs in the industry.

      Work from Home most of the time.

      Cons

      No communication. CDI Managers are cluless and no help. No one would help you or pint you to right direction. No one wants to work with you. You have to do everything for yourself. Do not expect any rate increases, even when the customer you work for have increased your pay to CDI, CDI WOULD DENY.
