Great direct management for internal employees

Pros

There is a lot of work to be done by recruiters, lots of action going on but that seems to be lost on the way up the totem pole. Flexible managers make for a great work environment and communication is key with weekly one on ones.

Cons

Some, not all, CEO's forget who makes the money. Commission structure is not normal in today's market, especially when working on National Accounts.

Pros

I have found that all levels of management, especially upper level, are very intelligent and engaged in the dynamics of the company.

Cons

My sector is being affected by the sequestration, however, they are finding relevent things for me and other valuable employees to do that benefit other parts of the company to keep us gainfully employed.

Pros

No experience required to get hired. Willing to give you a chance. Overtime possible when approved. Flexible hours: get there before or at 9 AM, work eight hours and leave. I generally get out by 3 PM and work a half day on Friday.

Cons

CDI is a contractor to GE Aviation. On top of the bureaucracy at CDI, you also have to deal with that of GE. Most of the work is drafting; very little engineering at this point.
