Pros

The initial impression of the company and rewards were quite impressive. Fairly laid back atmosphere with little management breathing down my neck.

Cons

Management did not outline specific goals to reach for compensation for performance. Other professionals with identical characteristics outside(CDI) were rewarded much more for their effort. Personal/Professional goals were set by myself in order to keep my career align, management mocked the effort obvious to get away from compensation. Benefits & Vacation was by far poor. LSS - I now am employed with a company that acknowledges effort & talent and has helped my professional career tremendously.

The management and initially creeping but then faster and faster corporatisation of the firm. Poor succession planning by those thatbdidntnunderstand successful recruitment is built on honest relationships
