Pros
The people at CDI make CDI a great place to work. You can do a "job" anywhere, but when you have an amazing team of people - it makes coming to work less of a chore.
Cons
The benefits were extremely expensive. We were all excited when the prices froze for 2012, but now we know they did that because they were getting rid of a ton of people which saved them a ton of money - too bad they couldn't have passed along some of the savings to the poor people that they kept on. They deserve a break because they are doing the work of 5, instead of the work of 2 that we were all previously doing! Shareholders are #1 priority and that causes the hardworking employees to suffer.
