      CDI handed me a great opportunity to work at Google but they're a hard to get a hold of after contracting through them.

      Pros

      CDI's employees treat you fairly well through the initial interview/screening process. They also gave me a great opportunity to work for a well known company.

      Cons

      Very low pay for the type of work expected. When I asked for a raise after 6 months, I was told I'd have to wait at least one year.

      It is a great company that treats its employees very well. They are extremely flexible and understanding

      Cons

      The support for sales from an administration stand point is lacking. The recruiters don't have a very strong work ethic and not pressured to change their practices

      -wide variety of job requirements to search for -very busy so learn to think on feet

      Cons

      -because it's an agency, getting placements were often times outside of your control (dependant on company finances) -very low base salary -little or no training provided
