      Pros

      Flex time and remote work.

      Cons

      Pay cuts. No communication from upper management. Profit driven company rather than employee driven. Lacks focus.

      Not the Best of Places to Work

      Pros

      Small business feel in a large corporation. Salary is slightly above the norm for some positions. Computer hardware and software are top-notch.

      Cons

      Quick to dismiss billable employees that no longer have projects to bill to. No "bench strength" supported despite always being told by management, they do. THEY DON't! Constant reorganizations, senior management replacements. This seems to fuel uncertainty and fear among the employees.

      Pros

      Broad range of job options between contracts. Decent assistance with getting set up into the new contract position although rely a great deal on partner company.

      Cons

      Not much assistance in helping to determine your hourly rate as a contractor. Fairly unorganized and terrible documentation regarding what should be standard policies or practices.
