      Pros

      I can't think of any pros of working with this company that set it aside from similar companies.

      Cons

      Client interaction, client list, low turn over rate, recruiters are expected to meet a set number of resume submittals against open jobs even if the open jobs have been deemed as "Stagnant" and not going anywhere. This requires recruiters to work long hard hours to meet submittal numbers, even when there are no jobs.

      Pros

      The ability to work from home on various projects.

      Cons

      You have no job stability and the company doesn't market your skills. You assignments will be few and far between leaving you out in the cold. Statements like " Your project is over and we couldn't find you anything else. If you want to stay go do this other job that pays half as much until we find you something else". Don't waste your time with this company they treat highly skilled professionals like cattle. You're always under the gun.
