Serious leadership issues. My VP is the guy who would like to have everyone in a circle and put himself in the middle so he can watch everyone work. Even very senior people are treated this way. Benefits are way below standard. In my area it was full of a group of employees that had followed each other from different companies. If you were not in the click you were treated poorly. Most are retired military and appear to be still looking for their next military promotion. They did not transition well to civilian life. Way behind with technology and procedures. This was the strangest and most bazaar place I have ever worked. The culture is a very negative environment to work in. I can only describe the HR department as a joke. I know that sounds extreme but they were really a joke.Reps did not even know who some of the insurance provider were. Too many examples to describe.
