Pros

The salary and benefits were great. Being a small company allowed for them to get to know each individual.

Cons

My experience was that the company was lacking in any real leadership, and the follow-through with clients and employees was inadequate. I was hired to do a job, with a team of support people, and promised access to whatever resources I needed. None of those were true, to the detriment of the client I was to work with and myself. Ultimately, we lost the client because the support and resources that were promised, never arrived.
